Aston Villa hit seven goals past champions Liverpool as they emphatically made it three wins from three in the Premier League with a stunning 7-2 victory at Villa Park on Sunday afternoon.

Ollie Watkins fired Villa to second place after a sensational first-half hat-trick, with Ross Barkley, Jack Grealish and an own goal from Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian adding to their tally after the break.

Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane scored for Liverpool, but it was a day to forget for Jurgen Klopp's side, who have now lost two of their opening three Premier League matches.
