Borussia Dortmund has sensationally reached the Champions League final after a 1-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-final second leg.

The German club, which lost the first leg 2-1 at home, produced a stunning performance in Paris to book its place in the final for the first time since 2013. Jude Bellingham scored the only goal of the game in the 58th minute, sending the Dortmund fans into raptures.

Dortmund will now face either Real Madrid or Manchester City in the final, which will be held in Istanbul on May 29. It will be Dortmund's second Champions League final appearance, having lost to Bayern Munich in 2013.
